About the ESF Council

The Swedish ESF Council is a government agency under the Ministry of Labour, responsible for managing Socialfonden (the Social Fund) and Fead in Sweden.

Organisation

The Authority has approximately 130 employees in eight regional offices throughout the country with headquarters in Stockholm. The agency head is Director-General, Lars Lööw.
